Hi, I am Wen.
I’m a nature person.
I photograph and paint landscapes, and I often return to how plants grow: quietly, consistently, without force. That way of seeing has shaped how I work with people. I still believe the best conversations happen slowly, with real presence.
I’m based in Leiden–Wassenaar–The Hague, working with clients locally and globally.
Most people arrive here at a moment of transition, pressure, or inner questioning.
Sometimes it’s a researcher preparing to move from academia into industry and wanting to express their value more clearly.
Sometimes it’s a university professional navigating uncertainty and trying to understand whether to stay, reposition, or move into a new chapter.
Sometimes it’s a professional in pharma or biotech moving through career transition and wanting a calmer, more grounded way to clarify direction, translate value, and take the next step.
Sometimes it’s a high-responsibility professional who is still performing, but can feel that the current rhythm is beginning to erode focus, judgment, or energy.
And sometimes it’s a leader or organisation asking a different kind of question:
how to design work more intentionally, so that as AI enters the workplace, judgment remains clear, contribution stays relevant, and human value is not lost to drift.
Different situations.
But the underlying question is often the same:
How do I stay aligned with who I am becoming while making my value visible, relevant, and sustainable in a world that keeps accelerating?
That is where my work begins.

Where My Work Comes From
I didn’t learn this work from theory alone.
Over the past 15+ years across academia and industry in the life sciences, I kept noticing the same invisible gap.
People often have strong capability:
Deep thinking.
Scientific training.
Analytical strength.
Leadership potential.
Yet their value does not always become visible or relevant outside the environment where those capabilities were developed.
Students preparing for an AI-accelerated world of work.
Researchers entering industry.
Professionals navigating complexity.
Organisations feel pressure as AI enters the workplace.
The challenge is rarely intelligence or effort.
More often, it is structure, that maps positioning and sustainability.
This observation gradually shaped the focus of my work.
What I Focus On
My work centres on three elements that help capability become sustainable value.
-
Identity Anchoring
Staying connected to who you are becoming, so growth and transition do not pull you away from yourself.
-
Positioning
Making strengths, insights, and contributions visible and relevant in ways society can recognize and trust.
-
Operating Rhythm
A way of thinking, deciding, and executing that remains sustainable as complexity increases.
When these three elements align, something important happens:
capability becomes sustainable value.
The practical methods behind these elements are developed through structured programmes and guided sessions.

The Architecture Behind My Work
Over the years, a few questions have quietly shaped the direction of my work:
-
How do professionals and organizations translate capability and resources into forms of contribution that become visible, valued, and relevant in today’s work systems?
-
How do organizations and technological systems shape the conditions under which people can remain aligned with their evolving identities, judgment, and sense of meaningful work?
-
What kinds of organizational arrangements make high performance sustainable over time in the AI age, rather than extracting more from people in shorter cycles?
-
How can individuals, organizations, and institutions build structures that support clarity, contribution, and sustainable performance at the same time?
Across academia, industry, and leadership environments, these questions continued to point toward the same underlying pattern.
Over time, that pattern became a structure, a way of understanding how sustainable value can be created.
This structure is what I call:
The Sustainable Value Architecture
The framework follows three movements:
Anchor identity.
Architect contribution.
Align performance.
When these three layers align, clarity deepens, contribution becomes visible, and performance becomes sustainable.
How I See My Role
I don’t see myself as a fixer or a motivator.
My role is closer to that of a guide and thinking partner.:
-
a quiet guide — steady, present, unhurried
-
a thinking partner — helping you turn insight into clear decisions and next steps
-
an inner mapmaker — making complexity visible through simple visual frameworks
-
a keeper of rhythm — supporting consistency until it becomes natural
In practice, this means:
-
I listen beyond the surface story
-
I reflect patterns in your language, energy, and choices
-
I simplify complexity into something you can work with, immediately
-
I walk beside you, so your next chapter unfolds with clarity, not force
You bring your life and work.
I bring structure, depth, and a way of seeing.

How I Work
Through visual coaching, I design minimalist life-and-work ecosystems, grounded in scientific depth and human-centred elegance, so your next chapter feels clear, calm, and livable.
I work with you through a simple arc:
Knowing → Doing → Living
-
Knowing: reduce noise, make the real pattern visible, reconnect with what’s transferable.
-
Doing: turn clarity into clean decisions and practical next steps for real workdays.
-
Living: install a sustainable rhythm that holds when pressure rises and life gets full.
Foundations of My Work
My approach is the meeting point of four disciplines.
Scientific Depth
Trained in neuroscience, metabolic health, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), my work is grounded in scientific inquiry and evidence-informed understanding.
Every insight, tool, and method is anchored in how the human system actually works, biologically, psychologically, and energetically.
Nordic Clarity & Human-Centred Excellence
Shaped by my high-performance training with Hintsa Performance
a Nordic, human-centred methodology trusted by Formula 1 and global business leaders for over 30 years.
Clear structure, human pace, elegant systems — designed to support sustainable success.
Eastern Subtlety & Inner Power
Not through concepts or terminology,
but through the quiet order of the work:
we begin with essence,
let structure follow,
and allow rhythm to grow naturally.
Visual Coaching
My artistic passion enables me to translate your inner landscape into clear visual frameworks —
So you can see the bigger picture:
what is shifting inside you,
what your next step requires,
how everything connects,
and where the actions that matter most truly lie.
Together, these elements create a powerful and deeply human pathway for turning insight into action, and action into a rhythm people and teams can sustain.

Amstara®
— What It Stands For
Amstara® brings together three quiet forces:
Ambition — the desire to grow into your next chapter
Stamina — the steadiness to walk it with clarity and strength
Ra — the ancient symbol of the sun, renewal, and inner illumination
But Amstara is more than a name.
It is a way of approaching life
where growth doesn’t come from pressure,
but from alignment.
It is built for people who refuse to choose
between ambition and well-being,
between achievement and inner grounding,
between success and a life that feels true.
For those who carry the stamina to continue,
the sensitivity to evolve,
and the quiet courage to let their inner world lead the way.
Amstara is a gentle invitation:
to turn transition into transformation,
stress into strength,
and the inner shift you feel
into the life that is ready to unfold.
